Gina Gershon Plastic Surgery Before and After Nose, Eyes, Lips

Gina Gershon is one of those celebrities I never paid attention to until I saw her recently and was surprised at how different she looks now compared to when she hit it big in the movie Showgirls (1995). Every facial feature that made her unique has been tinkered with – eyes, nose, lips, etc.

Gina Gershon of Showgirls and…well, any other movie in the 90s that needed a sultry brunette that would work for low pay, has clearly had plastic surgery, noooo question. Sometime between the peak of the time she hit it big in the early 90s with the aforementioned stripper movie and now, she at least had her nose and eyes done. Her nose looks thinner now, less bulbous at the bridge, and slightly pinched at the tip, all signs that a rhinoplasty occurred. As for her eyes, they’ve definitely gotten wider with age, a sign that she had a blepharoplasty. With all that said, her cosmetic surgery isn’t the worse I’ve seen. She can still probably get roles as “Ex-wife that broods” and “Woman that stares intensely at everything”.

Giannina Facio Plastic Surgery Before and After Nose, Chin, Cheek, Breast

Giannina Facio is the girlfriend of director Ridley Scott. She has something of a resemblance to the Cat Lady, Jocelyn Wildenstein courtesy of various facial plastic surgeries (nose, chin, cheeks, etc).

Giannina Facio is an interesting woman. She’s a Costa Rican actress that’s been dating Academy Award winner Ridley Scott for the past decade. The interesting part though, is that most of her appearances in films like Gladiator and Black Hawk Down have been non-speaking or one-line cameos in films her boyfriend directs, and she’s often playing a character’s wife. It seems less like she plays roles, and more like Ridley pays tribute to her. Anyhow, rumor has Facio has messed with her facio (Zing! And yes, I know that my Spanish is wrong), by getting plastic surgeries, including both a nose job (rhinoplasty), and cheek implants. However, I have to disagree. There’s a shortage of “before” pictures, so unless I want to look up a twenty-five year old episode of Miami Vice, I’m going to stick to my gut. She has a very imperfect, finely aged look to her, and although she does have very high cheek bones and a nice nose, they both look too natural and too beautifully flawed to be fake. So draw your own conclusions folks, but it looks like Ginnina Facio is just a great looking older woman.
